Executive Driver Sales Representative Job Vacancies at Fiji Rice Pte Ltd Labasa Fiji

We are seeking suitably qualified personnel to fill the position of:

Post Name: Western Executive
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Work closely with Farmers & Ministry of Agriculture.
• Oversee Sales & Marketing.
• Oversee Milling Operation for Ba Mill.
• Lead the team to procure paddy from the farmers with arrangement on logistics.
• Works with Mill Manager and administration/factory team in planning, budgeting, organizing resources, executing work plans, monitors production and quality, co-ordinates priorities, resolves issues and participates in special projects and work schedules.
• Prepare management reporting as required.

Minimum Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Agriculture with knowledge of Rice Farming.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role or Agriculture related field.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, teambuilding and oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization in a multi-cultural environment.
