About the Role:

• Manage, retain, service and expand on existing client portfolios alongside proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• Uphold a consistently high standard of client service
• Collaborate with head office for claims processing

What you need:

• Proven experience as an insurance broker, preferably with exposure to the transport, agriculture, or property industries.
• Tier 1 broking qualification
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Sales-oriented with the capability of pursuing and closing sales of new and existing accounts
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
