Post Name: Assistant Superintendent

Applications are invited for local citizens for the post of Assistant Superintendent (Kuching).

Job Description:

• Develop local plans and strategies and gain commitment to the mission and evangelistic emphasis of The Salvation Army with the Centre and wider community.
• Provide a positive and credible representation of The Salvation Army and its purpose to the Centre and to the wider community, in co-operation with and in accordance with established procedures and policies.
• Assist in managing and monitoring the Centre finances to ensure compliance with the approved budget and audit requirements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Diploma in Theology or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in pastoral care.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem -solving abilities.
