Post Name: Field Officer

1. Degree in Agricultural Sciences or related disciplines.
2. Computer literate and well versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia, verbal and written.
3. Possess good leadership, team spirit and pro-active.
4. Minimum of 3 years experience preferably, but will also consider those less experience.
5. Fresh Agricultural Graduates are encouraged to apply.

Job Description:

1. To assist the manager on management of a sub-division. To arrange work for the sub-division as per program, according to priority and in Iine with budget and standard procedures.
2. To guide subordinates on requirement of work standards, discipline end expected output from workers, that work is carried out in line with instructions given and the company standards. Train and develop them to produce quality work.
3. To monitor costing of work carried out and be responsible for expenditures to be incurred.
4. To check all wages, SAP input forms done by subordinates before submission to office.
5. To maintain good working relationship between staff and workers in promoting healthy industrial harmony.
6. Active participation in the implementation of RSPO, I SCC and other certification system
