Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for healthcare management?
Waihopai Health, a leading medical centre in Invercargill. is seeking a dedicated Practice Manager to join our team.

Role Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the medical centre
• Manage administrative staff and ensure efficient workflow
• Provide day to day business management support including payroll and accounts
• Ensure the team is compliant with all Health and Safety Regulations
• Develop, review and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and the smooth operations of the practice.
• Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among staff

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in healthcare management preferred
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in medical office software and systems
• Computer literate across multiple applications
• Business management
• Knowledge of legislation relevant to the health sector including Health and Safety, HDC and Privacy Act

Salary Range: $80,000-$95,000 pa
